Do you deliver office lunches in Welwyn Garden City?
Yes. We deliver lunch from our kitchen in Old Welwyn to offices in Welwyn and Old Welwyn, Digswell, Tewin, Welwyn Garden City, Oaklands and Mardley Heath, Codicote, Knebworth, Woolmer Green and Datchworth, and to other addresses up to about 10 miles away by road. Can everyone in the team choose their own lunch?
Yes. Start a group order and send the link round: everyone picks their own dishes (no account needed) until the time you set. It all comes as one order and one delivery, with each person's name on their food.
How far ahead do I need to order?
For a normal team lunch, the same day is fine: choose the time at the checkout. Orders where the food comes to £150 or more need a day's notice, so the kitchen can get everything ready. Buffets have their own notice on the Buffets page.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every paid order has a VAT invoice from 3ALFA GROUP LTD, trading as Rodi Express (VAT GB 445556867), with your company name and a purchase order number if you have one. It's in My account, Orders, and linked in the order email.
Do you have trade or business accounts?
Yes. Trade accounts get 10% off the menu, and can pay monthly by invoice instead of by card each time. It only takes a minute to ask for one.
Can we have lunch delivered every week?
Yes, with weekly team meals: a set Greek or Mediterranean dish each day you choose, £14 a plate for trade accounts, at least 10 plates per delivery, and free delivery in any week whose meals come to £120 or more.
What about allergies?
Every dish on our menu lists its allergens, and each person's food is labelled with their name. Tell us about allergies when you order. With a severe allergy, please call us first on 01438 717499.
